Samsung launched It’s first Tizen powered smartphone in India Called Samsung Z1, priced at Rs. 5700. The handset comes with Dual SIM and 3G network support.
The new Samsung Z1 sports 4 inch 800 x 480 pixels IPS display and runs Tizen 2.3 OS. It has 768 MB of RAM and loaded with 4GB internal storage space which is expendable up to 64GB via External card.
The handset is powered by Spreadtrum 1.2 GHZ dual core processor with Mali 400 GPU. A 3.1 megapixel rear camera and VGA front facing camera is also included with Samsung Z1. The rear camera comes with LED flash. Other features are 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Power saving option. It packs with 1500 mAh battery.
Tizen OS does not support Android Application but using OpenMobile App or using ACL user will be able to use Android Apps on Tizen.
