Obi mobiles has launched new quad core powered smartphone in India called Obi Boa S503. The handset is listed on Obi’s official website with price tag of Rs. 7999 and will be available soon on online and retail stores. It runs Android KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box.
The Obi Boa S503 sports 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor along with 1GB of RAM. In the part of storage, the handset offers 4GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 64GB via Micro SD card.
The smartphone comes with Dual SIM support (one standard SIM slot & one Micro SIM slot). It houses 8 megapixel Auto Focus rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front camera also included. The rear camera features Face Beautification, Multi Shot, Face Detection, and Panoramic Capture.
Other features are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, and Micro USB. It measures 140 x 70.8 x 7.8 mm and weight is 120 grams. The Obi Boa S503 packs with 2400 mAh battery that provide up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 230 hours of stand by time. The handset also offers Gravity, Light and Proximity sensors. It will be available in Black and White colour options.
