Lenovo S580 with quad core processor launched for Rs. 8,999

Lenovo launched their new S series smartphone in India. It is available to buy on e-commerce site Snapdeal with price tag of Rs. 8999. The smartphone comes with quad core processor, Dual SIM, and 5 inch HD display.

The Lenovo S580 houses 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash support and a 2 megapixel front camera also included. The rear camera features are panorama, geo-tagging, smile shot, HDR, and scene detection. It has 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via Micro SD card.

The handset featuring 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor along with 1GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. Other features are 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM Radio, Bluetooth, and Micro USB.

The Lenovo S580 packs with 2150 mAh battery which can deliver talk time up to 14 hours and stand by time up to 440 hours on 3G network. It measures 139.8 x 69.9 x 8.1 mm and weight is 128 grams.
