Lava mobile has launched its new Made for selfies smartphone called Iris X5, as the successor of its hugely popular Iris X1 and now Its exclusively available on Amazon India site with price tag of Rs. 8,649. The new Iris X5 runs Android KitKat 4.4 out of the box, most of features of the Lava Iris X5 are same as Moto G.
The Iris X5 comes with 5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS Display. It houses 1.2GHz quad core processor along with 1GB of RAM. New mid-range handset has 8GB of internal storage space which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It supports dual SIM with one Micro-SIM and one regular SIM.
Phone sports 8 megapixel Auto focus rear camera with BSI 2 sensor and dual LED flash. The front camera is 5 megapixel and comes with LED flash, Its also support Auto focus. Handset packs with 2100mAH Li-Ion battery providing talk-time of 13.5 hours on 2G network and 10.5 hours on 3G networks. Other features are 3G, WiFi, GPS and bluetooth. Flip Cover and Screen Guard are also included in the box. It is available in black and white variants.
