Acer unveiled 4 new windows 8.1 devices at IFA 2014

Acer launched four new windows 8.1 devices in its Aspire series at the IFA event. Aspire R13 and Aspire R14 will be available from next month with price tag of  $899 (approx. Rs 54,300) and, $599 (approx. Rs 36,200) respectively.

New Aspire R13 comes with 13.3 inch IPS display and comes with two different screen types Quad HD 2560×1440 pixels or 1920×1080 pixels with Zero Air Gap Technology support. Acer also offers two choice for the processor  Core i5 and Core i7 chipsets with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of SSD drives option.

The Aspire R14 featuring 14 inch display with three different chipsets options – i3, i5 or i7 and with Nvidia 820M graphics options. There are 500GB or 1TB Storage drive options.

The Aspire Switch 11 featuring two different display resolution options – SW5-171 features 11.6 inch full HD display and Aspire Switch 11 (SW5-111) features an 11.6-inch 1366×768 pixels display. New Aspire Switch 11 (SW5-111) comes with Intel Atom Z3745 quad core processor along with 2GB RAM and 64 GB eMMC of storage. Other side new Aspire Switch 11 (SW5-171) is powered by Intel’s Core i5 processor  with 4GB of RAM and 128GB hard drive. Device will be available from next month and price starting with $399.

Acer Aspire Switch 10 also offers two display resolution options. It has 10.1 inch display which will be available with 1280×800 pixels or 1920×1200 pixels resolution options. New Aspire Switch 10 comes with Intel Bay Trail quad core processors along with 2GB of RAM. It has  32 GB internal storage space. Acer also offering free Microsoft Office 365 Personal subscription for one year. Device will be available from next month and price will be starting from $330 (approximately Rs 20,000).
